On Friday, July 9, you will have the opportunity to participate in your choice of an optional activity, compliments of Konica Minolta. Please read the following activity descriptions and make your selection (one activity per person, on Friday, July 9th) during the registration process. Your activity selections will be confirmed at the Konica Minolta Hospitality Desk upon check-in.

The tours and activities included in your travel program and those available on an optional basis are planned, conducted, operated and performed by independent companies that are not affiliated with Konica Minolta or Maritz Global Events Inc.
Prior to engaging in certain optional excursions involving participation in off-road, airborne, waterborne or similar adventure-oriented activities, participants will be required to sign an assumption of risk/liability release form.
