Home to the Caribbean's original five-star restaurant, Graycliff is an epicurean's dream come true. This former mansion home located in the heart of Nassau was built in 1740 for the famous pirate and buccaneer John Howard Graycliff. The historic restaurant and boutique hotel has been serving world-class vintages and delectable continental cuisine with touches of Bahamian flavors for nearly three decades.

You will be welcomed with a glass of champagne and will be taken through an educational tour of the restaurant's acclaimed cigar factory and wine collection by a master sommelier. You will enjoy a three-course luncheon paired with chef-selected wines. The cellar houses fine and rare wines acquired by Graycliff's chairman and CEO Enrico Garzaroli over decades, with more than 250,000 bottles from over 400 vintners in 15 countries. "If you understand quality wines and appreciate their relationship to good food, then you have discovered one of the reasons for living," says Garzaroli. He is passionate about the quality of the wines he seeks out and carefully adds to his collection, which is among the largest private collections in the world.
