There is no registration fee for registered Financial Professionals and Support Staff to attend the ConnectED conference.
Guest registration is for non-business guests (spouses, children, etc.) ONLY. All Financial Professionals and Support Staff must register individually with their respective participant type to ensure the correct name badge is provided.
The guest fee includes access to all planned meal functions, including the final night concert & party, hotel shuttles to and from the OCCC on program dates, and all conference materials.
Guest fees must be paid during online registration. Payment of guest fees will provide a guest name badge. Your name badge is REQUIRED for admittance to all events with no exceptions.

Upon completion of the online registration process, you will be prompted to enter a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card for payment.

The Event Experiences team will make your hotel reservation at the hotel you select based on the information you provide during the online registration process. Attendees are responsible for reserving a sleeping room using the online registration system. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
No. All conference attendees are responsible for their own coordination and payment of their ground transportation. Please visit the Travel and Transportation section of this website for details.
Yes. Hotels that are not within walking distance of the OCCC will have daily shuttle service according to the conference agenda.
* Hyatt Regency, Rosen Plaza and Rosen Centre hotels are within walking distance and will not have shuttle service.

In the event you fail to cancel your hotel room reservation, you will be charged a no-show fee by the hotel equal to one night's room and tax. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided during registration. All cancelation notices must be emailed to Travel Headquarters at ConnectED@travelhq.com.
Conference cancelation must be received via e-mail by Friday, October 4, 2024. Attendees who cancel after the October 4th deadline will be charged a $250 cancelation fee for the conference. All cancelation requests must be emailed to Travel Headquarters at ConnectED@travelhq.com.

Award qualification letters were e-mailed directly to qualifiers. If you believe you qualified but did not receive a letter of notification, contact your Relationship Leader.
In general, business casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions and events. Comfy shoes are a must! Sneakers are encouraged.
Keep in mind that the temperature in the meeting rooms might be cooler than expected, so a light sweater is recommended.
For the final night concert and backlot party, casual attire is recommended.
The average daily high is 85° degrees, and the average daily low is 68° degrees.

Strategic Partner FAQ

Each Strategic Partner company is invited to register six (6) attendees. Each additional Strategic Partner attendee will be charged a registration fee of $1000, via invoice after the conference. Attendees who participate in the education sessions as a Speaker and do not attend the conference will not be counted as part of the allotted six (6) invitees and therefore will not be charged.
Vendor companies should contact Partner Relations at partnerrelations@osaic.com with any questions about attendance.
Registration closes on Friday, September 20 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Marketplace (Expo) will be in Halls B & C located in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

Shipping information is available in the ConnectED Exhibitor Kit. Please note that ALL booth materials must be shipped to the Spiro/GES warehouse and not directly to the hotels.
Booth Assignments will be sent via email early September to the Strategic Partner / Strategic Vendor contact on file.
If you are interested in hosting a dine-around, we ask that you do so on Monday, October 28 after 7:15 p.m., not to interfere with the conference programming.

Yes. All room drops are subject to approval prior to the distribution of items. The cost per delivery varies by hotel. You may contact Sara Marrero smarrero@osaic.com for additional information which will be available the week of October 14th.
