Travel Attire: Your favorite travel outfit is more than fine for the
daytime on Monday and Thursday.
Resort Casual Evening Attire:
Our welcome evening at the resort is low-key, and
perfect for connecting (or reconnecting) with other
Elevate guests. Jackets are not required, and
dressed-up denim and shorts are more than okay.
Business Casual Attire: Tuesday kicks off our educational content and calls
for business casual attire. We suggest dresses or tops
with pants or a skirt for women, and dress pants with
a collared shirt for men (golf/polo shirts are
appropriate and sport coats are optional). We will be
indoors most of the day and meeting rooms can be cool,
so bring a sweater or jacket if needed. No shorts or
denim, please.
Casual Chic Attire: Tuesday's "Night of the Arts" is a great opportunity
to get a bit more fancy - but this is definitely not a
formal event. Dresses or nice blouses with skirts or
pants for the ladies, and collared shirts and slacks
for the men (jacket/tie not required). No shorts or
denim, please.
Casual Attire (daytime): Wednesday will be split between morning off-site
activities and afternoon masterclasses at The
Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes.
-
Morning attire will vary based on your selected
activity, but overall, wear what will keep you
comfortable and cool. Shorts, T-shirts, casual
dresses and skirts with tennis or flat-soled shoes
will work for most experiences. Specific attire
requirements for certain activities will be shared
separately.
-
Afternoon attire is up to you! Keep wearing your
morning activity outfit, change into what you'll
wear that evening or put on something entirely
different. Whatever you choose, casual attire -
shorts, T-shirts, casual dresses, etc. - is more
than okay.
Casual Attire (evening): The casual vibe continues at our "Center Stage"
farewell experience, the majority of which will take
place outdoors at Universal Studios. Sundresses,
shorts and T-shirts in light, breathable fabrics are
ideal, and comfortable walking shoes are a must.
Ladies may also want to consider bringing a
crossbody-style bag in order to make the most of the
venue's attractions!
Additional Attire Notes:
-
Don't forget a sweater or jacket as meeting rooms
can be chilly.
-
Pack workout attire if you plan to hit the fitness
center, run/walk the resort grounds or participate
in any wellbeing activities.
F&B
Our goal is to provide all Elevate guests with an
inclusive, collaborative experience. The agenda has all
meal and break periods covered from lunch on Monday
through breakfast on Thursday, with multiple
entertainment opportunities (and drinks!) throughout the
event.
Giving Back - Bring a Bag!
Maritz remains committed to continuing the fight against
human trafficking. We are excited to partner with
One Purse, an Orlando-based organization that empowers survivors
of sex trafficking to build healthy, sustainable lives
through employment and education, providing economic
stability and preventing re-exploitation.
-
Employment: Survivors run an
e-commerce store for "pre-loved" designer handbags;
revenues are reinvested into the program.
-
Education: One Purse provides
scholarships for vocational training and tuition to
survivors throughout the U.S
We're encouraging guests to dig deep - into their
closets and wallets! - to help support their mission.

Water Bottles
Small changes can make big differences! In an effort to
reduce single-use plastics, we ask that you bring your
favorite water bottle and refill it at one of the many
hydration stations available throughout our event space.
Weather
Our event takes place in the Sunshine State, so it
stands to reason that September in Orlando can get a bit
steamy. We did our best to stay indoors during the
hottest part of the day, but still have ample
opportunities to be outdoors. Average temperatures
during our stay will range from daytime highs in the low
90s to evening lows in mid-70s. Visit
accuweather.com
or
weather.com
for detailed information prior to your arrival.
Wellbeing Your Way
We recognize that wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all. We
designed our agenda to include time for you to practice
wellbeing in a way that's meaningful to you, whether
that's time in the fitness center, a run around the
resort or simply quiet time in your room to catch up on
work (and life!) while away from home.
Each "Wellbeing Your Way" agenda item in the event app
will include wellbeing ideas and links to on-site
resources you may want to explore.
