There is no registration fee for registered Financial Professionals and Support Staff to attend the ConnectED conference.

Guest registration is to be used for non-business guests (spouses, children, etc.) only. All Financial Professionals and Support Staff must register individually with their respective participant type to ensure the correct name badge is provided.

The guest fee includes access to all planned meal functions, including the opening general session with keynote, the welcome reception, final night concert & party and all conference materials.

Guest fees must be paid during online registration. Payment of guest fees will provide a guest name badge. Your name badge is REQUIRED for admittance to all conference events with no exceptions.

Please note: Guests are not permitted to attend breakout sessions, Braindates and Exec Connect appointments.

Upon completion of the online registration process, you will be prompted to enter a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card for payment.

Registration closes on Friday, August 15 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

The Event Experiences team will make your hotel reservation at the hotel you select based on the information you provide during the online registration process. Attendees are responsible for reserving a sleeping room using the online registration system. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

No, conference attendees are responsible for coordination and payment for their ground transportation. Please visit the Travel and Transportation section of this website for details.

All conference hotels are within walking distance of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. As such, hotel shuttles will not be provided.

In the event you fail to cancel your hotel room reservation, you will be charged a no-show fee by the hotel equal to one night's room and tax. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided during registration. All hotel and conference cancelation notices must be emailed to Travel Headquarters at ConnectED@travelhq.com.

Conference cancelations must be received via e-mail by Friday, September 5. Attendees who cancel after September 5^th will be charged a $250 cancelation fee for the conference. All hotel and conference cancelation requests must be emailed to Travel Headquarters at ConnectED@travelhq.com.

In general, business casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions and events. Comfy shoes are a must! Sneakers are encouraged.

Keep in mind that the temperature in the meeting rooms might be cooler than expected, so a light sweater is recommended.

For the final night concert and Party in the Park, casual attire is recommended.

The average daily high is 90° degrees, and the average daily low is 69° degrees.
