Registration closes on Friday, August 15 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

*Booth breakdown on Tuesday 9/16 cannot begin prior to 4:30 p.m.

Reference the Exhibitor Kit for all information pertaining to shipping, including address, how to label your shipments and important deadlines for receiving materials.

Booth assignments will be shared early August. Be on the lookout for an email communication.

The available evening to host a Strategic Partner Dine Around is Monday, September 15 (7:30 pm or later).

You may arrange for hotel room deliveries for conference attendees. Information such as pricing, shipping instructions, and hotel contact information will be available mid-August.

By August 29, please contact Stephany March Stephany.March@osaic.com with your intended room drop item(s) and to verify attendee hotel locations. All room drops are subject to approval prior to distribution of materials.

In addition, you will be required to provide a method of payment directly to the hotel to facilitate room deliveries.

The Event Experiences team will make your hotel reservation at the hotel you select based on the information you provide during the online registration process. Attendees are responsible for reserving a sleeping room using the online registration system. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

No, conference attendees are responsible for coordination and payment for their ground transportation. Please visit the Travel and Transportation section of this website for details.

All conference hotels are within walking distance of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. As such, hotel shuttles will not be provided.

In the event you fail to cancel your hotel room reservation, you will be charged a no-show fee by the hotel equal to one night's room and tax. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided during registration. All hotel and conference cancelation notices must be emailed to Travel Headquarters at ConnectED@travelhq.com.

In general, business casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions and events. Comfy shoes are a must! Sneakers are encouraged.

Keep in mind that the temperature in the meeting rooms might be cooler than expected, so a light sweater is recommended.

For the final night concert and Party in the Park, casual attire is recommended.

The average daily high is 90° degrees, and the average daily low is 69° degrees.
