Hayden Lindsey
VP, WW Engineering & Architecture for Mainframe at Broadcom

Hayden Lindsey is responsible for Broadcom’s Mainframe Business Unit Software Engineering and Architecture organization where he brings more than 30 years of experience in software development, offering management, DevOps and M&A.

Hayden joined us from IBM where he was both Vice President and Distinguished Engineer for IBM’s Z DevOps and Compilers business. He started his career in 1985 as a programmer working on the PC DOS version of Cross System Product and became an early adopter of iterative and Agile development techniques and methodologies, currently holding 14 patents. While his background is cross platform, he has spent the last 10 years focused on mainframe customers and the modernization of their environments. He is absolutely focused on helping mainframe customers be successful with the platform to drive real business value; an excellent fit with our DNA.

Monique Boucher
Director, Business Management and Process, Mainframe Division

Monique Boucher is Director, Business Management & Process for the Mainframe division at Broadcom. In this role, Monique drives creation of the Mainframe division operating plan and the management system and processes to ensure the division is achieving its performance and operational goals.

Monique joined Broadcom through the CA Technologies acquisition, where she held operational roles for the Mainframe Business Unit as well as Enterprise Systems. In her three decades in the software industry, Monique has held a variety of leadership positions in Software Development and Support, Product Management and Strategy, and Business Operations and Program Management.

With this diverse background, Monique has been able to focus on change across organizations to drive business, and led the initial Mainframe Agile Transformation which focused on development partnerships with customers to drive more value into products and improve time to value. Her current focus is around business management and agility in the organization. Monique is based in Massachusetts and is an alum of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Chris Gardner
Principal Analyst Serving Infrastructure & Operations Professionals

Chris serves infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals as they face the unique opportunities and challenges of automation, infrastructure-as-code, and the software-defined data center. He specializes in treating elements of infrastructure systems like developers treat apps: modeled code that can be dynamically shaped and remolded to handle changing business needs at will. Chris has a special passion for the people impact of automation, DevOps, and how I&O professionals and organizational culture evolve and capitalize on a flexible and exciting future.

Jeff Henry
VP of Strategy & Product Management for Mainframe at Broadcom

Jeff Henry is responsible for Broadcom’s Mainframe Division strategy, product management and design. In this role, Jeff is leading innovation across Broadcom solutions to help transform how clients build, operate and secure their mission critical applications and enable their organizations to optimize and transform to become a digital business, leveraging DevSecOps, machine learning/AI & Security and Compliance.

Jeff has over 30 years of industry experience leading software organizations, specializing in business services delivery, cloud deployments, and bringing Systems of Engagement together with Systems of Record for enterprise customers.

Jean-Louis Vignaud
Director, Mainframe Product Management

Jean-Louis has been in product management roles for more than 15 years, starting as product manager in the Change and Configuration Management space, then moving into Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps. He is Director of Product Management in Broadcom's Mainframe division for DevOps and the Open MainFrame initiative.

Jean-Louis is also involved in the open source project Zowe and is member of Zowe Leadership Council (Zowe.org). Jean-Louis is passionate about leveraging modern technology and design thinking to open Mainframe to a new generation of users.
